Can I choose my own meals?

Yes. Use the filters above to browse the menu, open a meal to check its details and add your favourites to your box. You can also use the plan builder if you want us to help narrow the choices.

What meal ranges are available?

The menu includes Low Carb / Keto, High Protein, Healthy Gourmet and Breakfast options. Availability changes as products sell out or the menu rotates.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can start with a one-off five-meal box. Regular subscriptions are available if you want an easier repeat order, and can be skipped, paused, changed or cancelled before the next dispatch.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Meals are cooked fresh in our Tauranga kitchen and snap-frozen. They can be stored in your freezer for up to three months, following the label storage directions.

How do I heat the meals?

Most meals take around two to three minutes in the microwave from thawed, or five to six minutes from frozen. Always follow the heating directions on the meal label.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to urban addresses throughout New Zealand in temperature-controlled packaging. Rural delivery is not guaranteed, so contact us before ordering if your address is rural.
