If life throws you a curveball, pausing or canceling your subscription is a breeze.

Our culinary team curates chef's choice meal plans, ensuring a delightful and diverse experience. We understand everyone has their preferences, so feel free to add notes to your order, personalizing your culinary journey.

Shipping

Our shipping schedule is Monday through Thursday, ensuring your meals are on their way promptly. Typically, we dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. As your shipping day approaches, anticipate a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and the expected delivery date.

In the rare event that your meals encounter any hiccups reaching you on the scheduled delivery date, please reach out to us immediately. We're here to ensure your experience is smooth from order to delivery.

Please be aware that deliveries might extend as late as 10 PM. We're committed to getting these nutritious, wholesome meals to you as swiftly as possible, so you can dive into the enjoyment of healthy eating without delay!

Rural Shipping

Navigating rural deliveries can be a bit tricky. While we don't guarantee rural shipping, we understand it might be more convenient for you. If you choose to have your order sent to a rural address, it's at your own risk. For a smoother experience, we recommend considering an urban address, like your office.

To add an extra layer of convenience, you can also opt to divert your order to a collection center. However, if rural is your preference, keep a close eye on the tracking details. Once the parcel leaves our kitchen, it's safe for 48 hours. After that, it might need to be collected from the shipping provider's depot. Your meal journey is important to us, and we want to make sure it reaches you just right, even if you're in a rural oasis.

How long will meals be fresh after delivery?

Freshness Assurance: Packaging and Delivery Guidelines"

Our packaging is meticulously crafted to preserve the freshness of your meals for up to 48 hours. However, it's crucial to avoid exposing the packages to the elements, as this may compromise the effectiveness of the insulation.

When your meals depart our kitchen, they are in a flash-frozen state. Upon arrival, they should still be mostly frozen and can be conveniently stored in the freezer. In the event of a slight delay of 30+ hours resulting in thawing, placing the meals in the fridge allows them to stay fresh for up to seven days.

Should your meals arrive more than 48 hours later and are unfrozen, we advise against consumption. Instead, please reach out to us immediately to log the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure your meals arrive as fresh as the moment they leave our kitchen.

Heating instructions

"Heating Instructions for Ready-Made Meals"

To savor the full flavor and texture of your meal, it's imperative to allow it to thaw for at least 12 hours. Once properly defrosted, heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. This ensures that every bite is a perfect blend of taste and warmth.

Can i choose my meals on a meal plan?

Yes, you have two options to choose your meals on the meal plan:

1. **Leave a note during checkout:** You can specify any preferences or dietary restrictions in the notes section when placing your order. For example, you can request no pork or any other specific preferences you have.

2. **Select your meals from the menu:** You can directly choose the meals you want from the menu options available. To do this, send an email to shop@mealprep.com with your selections.

It's important to note that there are some limits: you can order up to 2 of each specific meal, and there's a limit of one for Family kitchen meals. These limits are due to the structure of the meal plan and any discounts that apply.

When you select your own meals from the menu options, the preparation time may be slightly longer. This is because we prioritize freshness, and we need extra time to complete the cooking process for your selected meals. Each meal is prepared fresh to ensure quality and taste, which may add a bit of time to the overall preparation process.
