How Does The Subscription Service Work?
Upon signing up, you’ll receive chef’s choice meal plans delivered weekly or bi-weekly. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your online portal.
Can i Customize My Meal Plan?
Yes, you can customize your meal plan by leaving a note during checkout specifying your preferences or dietary restrictions. Alternatively, you can select your meals from the menu and email your choices to shop@mealprep.nz. Please note there are limits: up to 2 of each specific meal and a limit of 1 for Family Kitchen meals.
What Areas Do You Deliver To?
We deliver nationwide to urban areas across New Zealand. Rural deliveries are not guaranteed, but we can ship to a nearby urban address or collection center for your convenience.
What days and times are deliveries/pickups available?
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, with orders dispatched within 1-2 business days. Pickup times are available at our store, and you can contact us directly to arrange a suitable time.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Do you deliver to Invercargill, and how long will it take to arrive?

Our packaging is designed to keep meals safe for up to 48 hours during transit. Typically, meals arrive within 30 hours, maintaining a temperature below 3°C. Upon arrival, they can be placed in the fridge or freezer and consumed as per our recommended guidelines.
What should I do if my meals arrive after 30 hours but within 48 hours?
If your meals arrive after 30 hours but within 48 hours, we recommend placing them in the fridge and consuming them within one week. While freezing them at this point is an option, our packaging ensures meals remain safe, and we have received no reports of food spoiling under these conditions.
What should I do if my meals arrive thawed or unfrozen?
If meals arrive thawed but still cold (below 3°C), they can be safely refrigerated and consumed within 7 days. If meals have been in transit for more than 48 hours and arrive warm, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Do you guarantee delivery to rural addresses?
While we do not guarantee rural deliveries, you can choose to have your order sent to a rural address at your own risk. For a smoother experience, we recommend using an urban delivery address or diverting your order to a collection center.
Can I order meals for someone else as a gift?
