**Delivery Address:**
- Please provide a delivery address where someone can receive the package to maintain the quality of your meals.

**Rural Deliveries:**
- While we do not guarantee rural shipping, you can choose this option at your own risk. For a smoother experience, we recommend urban addresses or diversion to a collection center.

**Damaged or Lost Parcels:**
- In the rare event of damage or loss due to our team's fault, we will replace your order at no cost.

**Delayed Urban Deliveries:**
- If your urban delivery is delayed, we understand the importance of timely arrivals. If your order doesn't make it on time, we've got a solution. We'll issue you four vouchers, totaling the value of your order, usable across your next four deliveries.

To qualify for these credits, it's crucial to take action. Call the shipping provider within 24 hours after your parcel leaves our kitchen to follow up on your delivery. Make sure to secure a reference number during this call, as you'll need it to log your claim with us.

**Freshness Assurance:**
- Our packaging is designed to keep meals safe for up to 48 hours. Avoid leaving packages in the elements as it may compromise insulation.
- Meals leave our kitchen in a flash-frozen state. If they arrive mostly frozen, place them in the freezer. In case of slight thawing, store them in the fridge for up to seven days.
- If meals arrive unfrozen after 48 hours, do not consume. Contact us immediately to log the issue.

**Ready-Made Meal Heating Instructions:**
- Thaw meals for at least 12 hours for optimal taste and texture.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes after proper defrosting.
