Flexible plans

Regular subscriptions have no long-term lock-in. Skip, pause, change or cancel through your account. The discounted 8-Week Challenge has an eight-week commitment.

Rural delivery is not guaranteed.

Couriers do not run to a fixed schedule outside urban centres, so we cannot promise a delivery day or that your meals will still be frozen on arrival. If you are rural, please contact us before ordering so we can check your address.

Meal plan questions, answered.

Am I locked into anything?

Regular subscriptions have no long-term lock-in. You can skip, pause, change or cancel through your account. Our discounted eight-week challenge has a clearly disclosed eight-week commitment.

Fresh or frozen?

Cooked in our MPI-registered Tauranga kitchen, then snap-frozen after cooking. Store the meals in your freezer for up to three months and follow the date and storage directions on the label.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to urban addresses across New Zealand in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep meals safely chilled for up to 48 hours. Rural delivery is available in many areas but delivery times and frozen arrival cannot be guaranteed, so contact us first if you are unsure.

How do I heat them?

Most meals take two to three minutes in the microwave from thawed, or five to six minutes from frozen. Follow the heating directions on the meal label.

Can I choose my own meals?

Yes. Choose your meals from the full menu, or let the chef select a rotating mix for your goal. You can swap meals later from your account.

Can I use ACC?

We are an ACC-approved nutrition supplier, vendor number VBI718. If your recovery plan includes nutrition support, your meals may be funded. Choose Recover from an injury in the plan builder and we will help with the next steps.
