Rural delivery is not guaranteed.

Couriers do not run to a fixed schedule outside urban centres, so we cannot promise a delivery day or that your meals will still be frozen on arrival. If you are rural, please contact us before ordering so we can check your address.

The things everyone asks.

Am I locked into anything?

Regular subscriptions have no long-term lock-in. You can skip, pause, change or cancel through your account. Our discounted eight-week challenge has a clearly disclosed eight-week commitment.

Fresh or frozen?

Cooked fresh in our MPI-registered kitchen in Tauranga, then snap-frozen the same day to lock in the nutrition and flavour. They keep in your freezer for up to three months, which means a busy week never turns into wasted food.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to urban addresses across New Zealand in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep meals safely chilled for up to 48 hours. Rural delivery is available in many areas but delivery times and frozen arrival cannot be guaranteed, so contact us first if you are unsure.

How do I heat them?

Two to three minutes in the microwave from thawed, or five to six straight from frozen. No pans, no chopping, no dishes.

Can I choose my own meals?

Yes. Pick your plan first, then choose your meals from the full menu — or leave it to the chef and get a rotating selection built around your goal. Most people start with chef's choice and take over once they know their favourites.

Can I use ACC?

Yes — we're an ACC-approved nutrition supplier, vendor number VBI718. If nutrition support is part of your recovery plan your meals may be fully funded. Start the plan flow, pick Recover from an injury, and we'll walk you through it.
