MealPrep.nz isn't an anonymous production line. Our meals are made by hand by a small, dedicated team in our MPI-registered kitchen at 30 Gravatt Road, Papamoa Beach. Every meal passes through the hands of people who care about getting it right.

Recipes Led by Our Chef

Our recipes are developed by our chef, Alex, who's responsible for making sure every meal hits its nutrition targets and genuinely tastes good. That balance — healthy and delicious — is harder than it sounds, and it's the heart of what Alex does. From the Cajun Chicken & Cauliflower Rice to the Meatlovers Pizza Bowl, the recipes are designed to make eating for your goals something you actually look forward to.

The Wider Team

Great meals take more than recipes. Our team includes the people who manage production, prepare your labels and meal sleeves, and carefully pack every order for its journey to you. It's a genuine team effort, and everyone plays a part in the meal you unbox.
