As the festive season approaches, we would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your continued support, loyalty, and assistance in helping us grow our brand this year. Your trust in us has been invaluable.
Please note our operating hours and shipping schedule for the holiday period:
- Shipping: We will be closing for shipping on Thursday, December 19th, as the few days between Christmas and New Year make it impossible for us to ship. Shipping will resume on January 6th, and we will be operating at full speed. To avoid any delays, we encourage you to place your orders early.
- In-store Pickup & Assistance: Our store will be open for in-store pickups and assistance on the following days:3:00 PM.
- Subscription Clients: If you would like to receive your next order early, please let us know, and we can arrange for it to be processed earlier.
- Order Processing: We will attempt to process all orders placed up until December 25th and ship them on Thursday, December 19th. Any orders processed after this date will only be shipped on January 6th.
- In-store Collection: You can still collect orders in-store during the open days mentioned above.
- Order Pause Requests: If you wish to pause your subscription for this period, please let us know via email at shop@Mealprep.NZ
