Every meal is prepared in our MPI-registered kitchen in Mount Maunganui, snap-frozen straight after cooking to lock in flavour and nutrition, then dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging.

An ACC-approved nutrition supplier
MealPrep.nz is an officially approved ACC nutrition supplier. If you're recovering from an injury and your ACC plan covers nutritional support, our meals may be eligible for funding — delivered to your door so recovery is one less thing to think about.
We work directly with ACC case managers, GPs, hospitals and clients across New Zealand to arrange high-protein, macro-balanced meal plans tailored to recovery needs. Talk to your case manager about adding us to your plan, or get in touch and we'll walk you through it.

Our kitchen and storefront is at Shop I, 40 Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui 3116. You can shop in-store, click-and-collect, or order online for nationwide delivery. Trading hours and a map are below.
Yes — we deliver to all urban addresses across New Zealand in temperature-controlled packaging. We dispatch Monday through Thursday. Rural delivery is available, contact us to confirm timing for your address.
Meals are snap-frozen straight after cooking and keep in your freezer for up to 3 months. Once defrosted in the fridge, eat within 3 days. Every meal is labelled with a best-by date and storage instructions.
Microwave from frozen: pierce the film and heat on high for 2.5–3 minutes. Stir, then rest 1 minute before eating.
Oven from defrosted: 180°C for 15–20 minutes in an oven-safe dish. Always make sure food is piping hot before eating.

Weekly or fortnightly: Save 5% on every delivery. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account — no commitment, no contracts.
6-Week Challenge: Save up to 15% in exchange for committing to a minimum of 6 completed orders. Cancel before completing the 6 orders and an early-exit fee applies, equal to the discount you received on the orders you did complete. Built for people serious about hitting a goal in 6 weeks.
Absolutely. Every meal is high in protein (30g+) and macro-balanced. Our Low Carb range is portioned for fat loss, while standard meals support lean muscle gain. Full nutrition info is on every meal card on the menu.
